5 Elements - Part 2 - Air Touch

Lesson Summary

The focus is on a gentle touch technique called the "air touch," which involves very light contact with the skin using only the fingertips, ensuring the hand does not press into the flesh but stays on the skin's surface.

Key characteristics of the air touch:

  • Extremely light and gentle, almost sensual but innocent and loving.
  • Connects to a subtle aspect of touch, ideal for delicate areas like the face.
  • Can be performed not only with fingertips but also using the hair on the back of the hand or a piece of fabric to lightly brush the skin.
  • Using fabric (like a sarong) or blowing air can also express the air element in touch.

Guidelines and additional notes:

  • When touching sensitive areas such as the nipple, build up gradually and keep the touch very light without focusing solely on erogenous zones.
  • The exercise aims to bring full-body awareness rather than concentrating on genitals; hence, it's suggested to avoid including genitals and kissing in initial sessions.
  • This practice helps develop an important skill: feeling and giving pleasure through the hands.
  • The movements should be slow, with contact minimal and precise—just the tips of the fingers or light strokes from hairs or long hair, if available.

This technique serves as a foundation for exploring subtle touch and connecting deeply with the sensations of air as an element of physical connection.
