Exercise: Worst case scenario
If you don’t take any action, don't continue with the program and don't do the exercises,
How will your life look like in 5 years?
Consider the aspects of sex life, relationship, parenthood, health and wellbeing, confidence, creativity, career, wealth, and spiritual practice.
Spend at least 10 minutes on this, write in detail until you can really feel the pain of not taking action.
Exercise - What is the best case scenario?
If you fully commit to this program, take massive action and practice daily, how will you life look like in 5 years?
Consider the same aspects as above.
Use this exercise as part of your "Why". Whenever you lose motivation with this practice, use this exercise to remind you why you are doing it, what you stand to lose and the wonderful life you could have if you continue practicing.
